Studio Cosmai assisted the Brazilian IT multinational Stefanini Group in the acquisition of @Solve.it Spa, a Turin-based company specialised in IT consulting, application development and management services.
In particular, we were appointed to carry out a due diligence in order to analyse the main financial and economic items characterising the target company Solve.it Spa, as well as to assess its fiscal, legal and labour aspects.
The legal part was handled by lawyer of counsel Diego Corrado, who was in charge of preparing the clauses, conditions and contractual terms of the transaction.
